The kilometer-long Borik Beach can be found 4 km north of the city center, situated close to the small, Borik Marina. The finely pebbled beach has some sandy sections and is popular among children and adults because of both its shallow shore sloping into the crystal clear sea and for its leisure facilities that all promise pleasure on land in the water. The "Blue Flag" testifies to its high water and beach quality. The beach is recommended for families with small children, singles and young people, older people and for people with disabilities. It can be reached on foot or by car. On the beach there are showers, changing rooms and toilets, an inland swimming pool with slides, jet-ski and pedal boat rentals, as well as restaurants and bars near the beach.
