In the Kostanj Bay, 9 km northwest of the center, is a city beach surrounded by trees. The beach and concrete sunning surfaces boast a "Blue Flag", which is not only a testament to its cleanliness, but also a reason for the popularity of the beach. The beach is barrier-free making it wheelchair accessible. Initially, the water is flat, but after a few meters of sea it gets deeper. Lifeguards and a marked bathing area ensure safety. There are many trees in the background, but on the slabs of concrete shade is scarce. It is good that you can rent umbrellas and chairs. Toilets, showers and changing rooms are available.
