Only about 1.2 km to the southwest of the town center is the pebbled Pesja Beach which is protected by surrounding pine trees and easily reachable after a short stroll. The beauty of this beach is reflected in its proudly displayed "Blue Flag", which stands for cleanliness on land and in the sea. The shallow shores are ideal for relaxed bathing and the concrete slabs invite tourists to do some sunbathing. Ramps make the beach accessible for guests with physical disabilities. On the beach there are a few recreational opportunities available and guests find a place to cool down and entertainment in the café and in the beach bar. Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available. Parking is available in the port.
