The gorgeous Bay of Skaraba is located amidst the Zlatni rt Forest Park about three kilometers away from Rovinj. The bay can be reached either by bike or by car. Good bike paths are available and parking is available near the entertainment center of Monvi. The cape has many rocks, but also has some bays with pebbled and sandy beaches. Due to its location right in the middle of the forest, there are, naturally, many shady spots right on the beach. The very popular beach of Balsamake is located in the western region. Many of the cape beaches are very rocky and are suitable for adult swimmers in particular.
