Stiniva Bay on the island of Vis is one of Croatia’s most spectacular beaches and a true highlight for nature lovers. Nestled between imposing cliffs, the small, sheltered pebble bay opens to the open sea only through a narrow gap. The crystal-clear waters and untouched nature create a unique atmosphere that invites relaxation and exploration.

Accessibility and infrastructure

The beach can be reached either on foot or by boat . A steep, rocky path leads down to the cove from a nearby parking lot, making the walk challenging for small children and the elderly. Alternatively, a boat ride is recommended, offering impressive views of the rock formations. There’s a small beach bar right on the beach , offering refreshing drinks and snacks. However, there are no restrooms or showers on site, so it’s advisable to be prepared.
