Valun is surrounded by many beautiful bathing bays, one of which is in Lubenice, 7 km away. Sveti Ivan beach is located in the southeast of the settlement, at the foot of a hill covered in Mediterranean vegetation. It is a natural pebble beach, with a shallow shore that allows undisturbed swimming. A large rock divides the beach into two sections. However, the rock can easily be bypassed due to the shallow sea. The lack of infrastructure makes the beach a secluded place. Since the beach is below the settlement and is not easy to reach, it should be reached by boat.
