Spend your holiday in this bright, well-maintained apartment for up to 5+1 persons on the first floor of a quiet holiday home directly by the sea in Pisak, Central Dalmatia. On 45 m² you will find two cosy bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with three single beds – as well as a modern living kitchen with TV/sofa bed for one person. Sat-TV, air conditioning and WiFi ensure the highest comfort. The apartment has a bathroom/WC with shower, a washing machine and a separate entrance.
The covered south terrace (30 m²) offers a fantastic sea view and invites you to have breakfast, dinner or relaxed sunbathing. Table, chairs, sun lounger and clothes horse are available. A paravan or plant pot separates the terrace from the neighbouring apartment, so you can enjoy your privacy. In addition, you have direct access to the garden with Mediterranean flora.
The holiday home is located just 60 m from the gravel and rocky beach. On-site, parking spaces, barbecue facilities, and outdoor showers are available. Small pets are welcome upon request. For excursions, the surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: boat tours, rafting, kayaking, hiking, cycling, national parks, olive harvesting, wine tasting, or dolphin watching - all in the immediate vicinity.

Přátelský pan domácí, který se vším pomohl a vyhověl, dokonce nám připravil výborné grilované ryby. Ubytování je velice čisté s krásným výhledem na moře. Velikou výhodou bylo parkování ve stínu.

Nádherný výhled na moře z terasy. Kousek na pláž, která nebyla přeplněná. Parkování ve stínu. Dobrý hostitel, dával nám víno zdarma. Vše co bylo potřeba nebylo problém zajistit.

Niestety, muszę przyznać, że pobyt w tym apartamencie pozostawił wiele do życzenia. Właściciel, Pan Ivo, najwyraźniej zapomniał, że wynajmując apartament na wakacje, oczekuje się spokoju i prywatności. Niestety, regularnie przechodził przez nasz balksee more
Niestety, muszę przyznać, że pobyt w tym apartamencie pozostawił wiele do życzenia. Właściciel, Pan Ivo, najwyraźniej zapomniał, że wynajmując apartament na wakacje, oczekuje się spokoju i prywatności. Niestety, regularnie przechodził przez nasz balkon, komentując różne sprawy i obserwując nas, co skutecznie zakłócało nasz wypoczynek.
Najbardziej nieprzyjemnym incydentem było to, że kiedy próbowaliśmy razem skorzystać z leżaka, Pan Ivo natychmiast się pojawił, twierdząc, że leżak się połamie i kazał nam zejść. Zwracam uwagę, że leżak był przewidziany do obciążenia 200 kg, a my razem ważyliśmy niecałe 140 kg. Takie zachowanie właściciela było nie tylko nieuprzejme, ale i zupełnie niepotrzebne. Z przykrością stwierdzam, że w takich warunkach trudno jest mówić o relaksie i prawdziwym odpoczynku. Jeśli ktoś szuka spokojnego miejsca na wakacje, radzę poszukać innego apartamentu. |

Apartmán je umístěn kousíček od moře (k moři je nutné sejít schody). Nedaleko je pekárna, restaurace, zmrzlina a menší potraviny. Ubytovatel byl velmi ochotný, nabízel nám několikrát za pobyt hrozny, fíky a víno, zajímal se, zda nám něco nechybí. Apasee more

Ubytovatel byl velmi ochotný, nabízel nám několikrát za pobyt hrozny, fíky a víno, zajímal se, zda nám něco nechybí. Apartmán je dostatečně zařízen. Klimatizace je za příplatek (bylo uvedeno předem), lze si nabít libovolné množství hodin na kartu a poté čerpat dle potřeby (1 hodina=0.5 Euro). Ocenili jsme parkovací místo pod pergolou ve stínu, hned u apartmánu.

Super miejsce, blisko do morza (około 100 m), sklepu, restauracji, piekarni. I co najważniejsze cudny widok na morze. Miejscowość położona między Omisiem a Makarską. Można zrobic sobie wycieczkę na wyspy Brac czy Hvar (które są przepiękne). Lody pyszsee more
Super miejsce, blisko do morza (około 100 m), sklepu, restauracji, piekarni. I co najważniejsze cudny widok na morze. Miejscowość położona między Omisiem a Makarską. Można zrobic sobie wycieczkę na wyspy Brac czy Hvar (które są przepiękne). Lody pyszne, ludzie mili, serdeczni. Plaże wszystkie cudne. Gospodarz domu Ivo bardzo sympatyczny, przywitał nas pysznym białym winkiem, cały czas interesowal się swoimi gośćmi, pytał czy czegoś potrzeba, a na pożegnanie wręczył po białym i czerwonym winie. W apartamencie niczego nie brakuje jest suszarka do włosów, automat, wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria kuchenne, klimatyzacja za dodatkową opłatą, parking zadaszony winoroślą. Na terenie posesji pięknie, zielono, rosną oliwki, winogrona. Polecam serdecznie.😍
