The holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained holiday home in Ražanj, near Rogoznica, with a fenced garden and shared barbecue terrace. The house has three apartments: two smaller ones with sea views on the first floor and a larger one without sea views on the ground floor. Each apartment offers its own terrace, free Wi-Fi, and a secure parking space. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment for up to 4 persons has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a living area with kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. In the living area, a sofa bed for two persons can be used.

The 10 m² terrace is south-facing, covered and offers a sea view. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available, heating, washing machine and dishwasher are not available.

The next beach is rocky with paved sunbathing areas, a pebble beach for children is located a short distance away. Restaurants, cafés and a grocery store are located in Ražanj, larger infrastructure such as supermarkets, bank, post office, pharmacy and yacht harbour are accessible in Rogoznica (12 km).

The environment offers numerous leisure activities such as boat tours, sailing, swimming, snorkelling, bicycle and boat rental, as well as various water sports.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The apartments are located in the small fishing village of Razanj near Rogoznica, which is an ideal place for family vacations in summer. The house has 4 apartments of different sizes. The house can accommodate a maximum of 17 people. 3 apartments have 1 bedroom each (2+2, 2+2 and 2+1) and one apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (4+2). Ideal for several families who want to holiday together. Guests have an outdoor pool of 30 m2, a large grill with dining area for social barbecues and ample parking on the property. The apartments are nicely furnished and have satellite TV, internet, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, ... The pebble beach and the crystal clear sea are about 200m away. The center is about 300 m. In the center there is a shop, cafes and four restaurants. On the beach there is a great beach bar and an ice cream parlour. The host lives in the house and is always available to guests.

Ražanj is known for the Punta Planac cape, where two climate zones meet, and the Movar hill, from which there is a beautiful view of the surroundings and you can watch the sunrise and sunset. The old coastal towns of Rogoznica and Primosten are nearby and worth visiting. At a distance of 30-40 km are Trogir and Sibenik, larger coastal towns. Also nearby are the Kornati National Park and the Krka National Park.
