The fully equipped kitchen with cooker offers everything a holiday heart desires: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and complete kitchen equipment. Additional amenities such as WiFi, television and satellite TV round off the offer.
In the outdoor area, a dreamlike plot with garden, terrace and garden furniture awaits you. A barbecue invites you to cosy evenings, while the enclosed area provides safety and privacy. The apartment has a free parking space directly at the building.
The location is excellent: only 300 metres from the town centre, supermarket and bus stop. A beautiful beach is just 500 metres away.
Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children and offers a pleasant room climate all year round through central heating and air conditioning.

Die FEWO´s sind top eingerichtet. Alles ziemlich neu und auf dem besten Standart.
Die Vermieter sind Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außenanlage mit Pool ist empfehlenswert. Der Ort Basanjia bietet auch alles was man zum schnellen einkaufen brauchsee more

Die Vermieter sind Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außenanlage mit Pool ist empfehlenswert. Der Ort Basanjia bietet auch alles was man zum schnellen einkaufen braucht. Ansonsten ist es auch mal schön, man verbindet den Einkauf mit einem Altstadtbummel in Umag. Dort gibt alles. Alles in allem werden wir gerne nochmal kommen. Danke |

Kleiner netter Ort, Strand war für uns mit Kinder leider nicht so geeignet. haben unseren Urlaub mehr oder weniger in Stella Maris verbracht, da wir hier alles zur Verfügung hatten.
