Welcome to this charming holiday apartment in Bašanija, an idyllic accommodation perfectly suited for families and small groups. The accommodation provides space for up to 6 people and features two cosy bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, including a double bed, a sofa bed, and two single beds.
The house impresses with its practical equipment. The independent kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and offers all necessary amenities such as a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. Two bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a toilet - ensure sufficient comfort.
A special highlight is the shared swimming pool, offering refreshment and fun for all guests. The outdoor area is spacious with 3000 m² of plot area and includes a terrace, a barbecue area, and a fenced zone.
The location is extremely convenient: the centre, supermarket, and bus stop are just 300 metres away. A beautiful beach is located just 500 metres distant. With air conditioning, central heating, and WiFi, comfort is ensured.
Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. The house is excellently suited for families and ideal for a relaxed coastal holiday.

A konyha felszereltsége tökéletes volt, minden nap takarítottak, nekünk csak a mosogatás maradt, amit a mosogatógép elvégzett. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesen voltak. A kerti medence tiszta, szép és sok férőhelyes volt. Mindenképpen visszamegyünk még :)

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, nicht weit weg vom Strand. Besonders schön war der gepflegte Pool, den wir häufig für uns ganz allein hatten. Erholung pur! Das Frühstück oder auch Abendessen auf der großen Loggia haben wir täglich genossen. Die Wohnung wurde täglich von einer sehr netten Dame gereinigt und es wurden täglich frische Hand- und Badetücher bereitgelegt. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und nett. Netter kleiner Ort!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartment war geräumig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool - in der Region eher eine Seltenheit - war toll, besonders für die Kinder. Man hat alles in fußläufig in der Nähe (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Eisdielen, Strand) aber es gibt keine ""Touristenmeile"" und daher eher ein gemütlicher Ort. Bis zum nächsten größeren Ort fährt man 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort ist begrenzt und im Supermarkt muss man sich auf Touristenpreise einstellen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt besonders in der Vorsaison, wirklich empfehlen. |
