On approx. 42 m², the apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, and an air-conditioned living kitchen with a fold-out sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and a dining table for 4 people.
The furnished south terrace (8 m²) offers sea views and invites you to have breakfast outdoors or relax in the sun. The small, functional kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, 2-plate stove, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, as well as crockery and cutlery - perfect for self-caterers.
The holiday home is located in an idyllic residential area without through traffic, surrounded by greenery, and features a shady garden with an outdoor grill and dining area under the pergola. You can reach the centre of Baska after a walk of about 10 minutes along the promenade, passing restaurants, cafés and souvenir shops. Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity.
