This charming holiday apartment in the attic impresses with its friendly atmosphere, the dreamlike sea view and the quiet location – perfect for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxing holiday on the Dalmatian coast.
On approximately 55 m² of living space, the accommodation offers room for 2 to 3 people. The open living concept creates a bright and pleasant living atmosphere: The living and dining area with a cosy sofa (also usable as a sleeping option) and SAT-TV invites you to relax, while the modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, kettle and filter coffee machine is ideally equipped for self-catering.
From the living area, you can access the covered balcony (approx. 10 m²), from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea – the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and storage space, the bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and window. Air conditioning, WiFi and heating ensure additional comfort. Towels and bed linen are of course provided.
A private car park directly at the house is available to guests. Upon request, an airport transfer can be organised (note: subject to charge).

Ideal for couples or small families, the holiday home offers a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, a modern bathroom with shower, and a practical kitchenette with dining area.
