PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The well maintained house stands on a hillside and is surrounded by a number of other holiday homes. You enter the property from the street above the house and a staircase leads down to the entrance. It offers 11 friendly bright apartments for 2-6 people on 4 floors. All apartments offer a modern and well-maintained facilities, satellite TV, air conditioning, Internet (WiFi) and telephone connection, and mostly several balconies or terraces with beautiful sea views.
The approximately 400 m² plot is terraced and also offers smaller lawns and typical Mediterranean plants. A large outdoor grill with a large adjoining barbecue terrace is also available to the guests of the house. A private parking space (1 parking space per apartment) is available directly at the house free of charge.
The friendly landlords speak German, English and Italian and also offer products from their own production such as wine, honey and olive oil.
The entire tourist infrastructure is located in walking distance with a maximum duration of 5 minutes, whether you want to go to the restaurant, to shop, to the bank, to the post office, to the doctor or to the pharmacy.
The picturesque harbor with a wide gastronomic offer and the starting point for many a boat excursion you also run only max. 5 min.
The most famous beach in Croatia, the Golden Horn of Bol, is 2.5 km, but you do not have to walk because there is a 5-minute transfer.

Für die Vermieter hätte ich gern ZEHN Sterne vergeben – ausgesprochen nett, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden versorgt mit Feigen, Weintrauben und Olivenöl aus der eigenen Ernte und auf die Frage, ob sie vielleicht zufällig einen see more
Die Vermieter:
Für die Vermieter hätte ich gern ZEHN Sterne vergeben – ausgesprochen nett, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden versorgt mit Feigen, Weintrauben und Olivenöl aus der eigenen Ernte und auf die Frage, ob sie vielleicht zufällig einen kleinen italienischen Espressokocher für den Herd hätten, wurde sofort einer besorgt. Nicht zu toppen. Wir durften sogar ihre Waschmaschine benutzen. Die Unterkunft: Wir hatten das Apartment für zwei Personen im Erdgeschoss. Sehr geschmackvoll und appetitlich eingerichtet. Nicht groß, aber absolut ausreichend. Und sauber. Küchenausstattung: TOP! Bis hin zu schönen (!) Weingläsern, Kühlschrank und separatem Gefrierschrank. Terrasse wird überrankt von Schatten spendendem Wein (abends leider Mücken). Drei reizende Katzen gehören mit zum Grundstück, ebenso wie ein charmanter (Nutz-)Garten, drei Schildkröten und ein Gemeinschaftsgrill. Die Lage: Man wohnt mitten im kleinen Olivenhain, wird allerdings umgeben von ziemlich uncharmanten, mehrgeschossigen Bauten. Und man wohnt ziemlich weit oben am Berg. Nach dem abendlichen Heimweg vom Restaurant hat man das halbe Abendessen schon wieder abgearbeitet. Quasi direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt das mächtige Bergmassiv. Schon beeindruckend. Der Ort: Makarska hatte ich mir etwas idyllischer vorgestellt. Ist schon ganz schön städtisch und touristisch sehr erschlossen (mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen). Verhungern tut man nicht, es gibt eine gefühlte Million von Restaurants. |
