This charming holiday apartment on the upper floor of a well-maintained house in the Dalmatian style offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Adriatic coast. Located in the popular coastal town of Bol on the island of Brač, the accommodation is ideal for couples or small families looking for both comfort and an excellent location.
The apartment offers around 54 m² of living space and convinces with its open floor plan with plenty of daylight. The separate bedroom with a double bed is comfortably furnished, while the living room features a comfortable sofa bed offering two additional sleeping spaces. The highlight of the apartment is the large south-facing balcony with sea view and awning – perfect for relaxed evenings or breakfast with a view.
The kitchen is functionally equipped and features a 4-burner stove (gas/electric), refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, coffee machine and dining area. The bathroom offers a bathtub as well as a dedicated washing machine - ideal for longer stays.
The equipment includes air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi. A baby bed is available upon request. The accommodation is non-smoking, pets are not allowed. A private parking space is located directly at the house.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, approximately 500 metres from the nearest beach with fine gravel - conveniently accessible on foot in just a few minutes. The centre of Bol with restaurants, cafés, supermarket, pharmacy and the picturesque harbour is also only about 1.4 km away.
The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and offers guests a communal summer kitchen with a grill upon request. The friendly hosts live in the house and occasionally offer homemade specialities such as wine or liqueur. Some services can be provided for a fee.
In the surrounding area, you can expect diverse leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, hiking, mountain biking, or paragliding. The famous Zlatni Rat beach - the "Golden Horn" - is also just a few minutes away and is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia.
