Holiday house is located on the east side of Bol, 30 meters away from the sea. Nearby there is a beach called Fisherman's house and next to her is beach Portić. Martinique Beach is about 250 meters to the east. The center is located approximately 300 meters from the house and it is connected by sea promenade. Nearby are two restaurants and a peaceful natural environment. There is a nice pine forrest just 50 meters away from house. By the sea is a small park for children. Behind the house is a big playground for football, basketball and tennis. The apartment is located on the first floor. It has a balcony overlooking the sea and the island of Hvar in the distance, and you can also see the beach Zlatni Rat on the west. The nearest shop is 150 meters from the house.
