Luxury, newly built apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the attic of a residential building 200 m from the center of Crikvenica, 100 m from the beach which has a view from the balcony.
The apartment area is 90 m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen and dining area and a spacious balcony.
The rooms have double beds 180 cm wide, dressing tables, satellite TV and air conditioning. One room has a private bathroom while the other larger bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and is accessible from the spacious hallway.
The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining room, also with air conditioning and a large TV (55 ") and has access to a spacious balcony with beautiful views.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Induktionsglas-Keramik-Kochfeld, oven and microwave. There is also all the necessary utensils and a coffee machine and kettle. Next to the kitchen there is a separate storage room.
