The apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained holiday home and offers sufficient space for up to four people on 52 m².
Two cosy bedrooms with double beds ensure restful nights, while the combined living, dining and kitchen area with sofa bed is ideal for shared holiday hours. The fully covered, private terrace with a magnificent view of the sea is a real highlight - whether for breakfast with morning sun or for a relaxed end of the day.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, 2-plate cooker and refrigerator. SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning and heating ensure comfortable comfort in every season. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. A communally usable washing machine is available from the landlord (use for a fee). A baby bed can be provided upon request. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
The holiday home is located in a green, quiet residential area on a gentle hill. Nevertheless, the nearest beach - a mix of gravel and sand - is only about 700 metres away. A supermarket is just 400 metres away, and restaurants and the town centre are also quickly accessible.
The outdoor area of the facility offers you a well-maintained garden, sunbathing lawns and a large, communally usable freshwater pool – ideal for a refreshing cool-down after a day at the beach. For families with children, there is a small play area in the garden. A barbecue option is also available by arrangement. A free parking space is located directly at the house.
The Crikvenica region captivates with numerous leisure opportunities: water sports, boat trips, hiking tours, cultural highlights or relaxed beach days - there is something for everyone here. Some services such as washing machine use or local charges are not included in the total price and will be settled separately on site.
The cordial landlords live in the house and are happy to be available for questions or tips about the region.
