The 45 m² holiday apartment is located in the attic and is suitable for up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a cosy living and dining room with a sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and dining table. The bathroom has a shower, WC, window and washbasin. WiFi is available free of charge.
A special highlight is the 20 m² balcony with sea view, garden furniture and barbecue facilities – ideal for relaxed evenings outdoors. The spacious garden with shaded areas and loungers invites you to relax. Pets are welcome, parking spaces are available directly at the house.
The beach is about 250 metres away, shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity. The surroundings offer numerous leisure activities such as swimming, diving, boat trips, windsurfing, cycling, horse riding, bird watching at Vrana Lake and wine tasting.
Included in the price are bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, final cleaning, WiFi, pool use, kitchen towels, interim cleaning, boat mooring, as well as the registration and deregistration fee.
