This spacious holiday apartment is located in a charming house directly on the most beautiful sandy beach of Duće – one of the few fine sandy beaches on the Croatian Adriatic. Here, only a few steps separate you from the sea and the crystal-clear water, which gently and shallowly descends – ideal for families with children and all those seeking relaxation.
The accommodation offers two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and TV. In total, three air conditioning units and three televisions are available – one in each room. Using the air conditioning is of course free of charge. A large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to cook and linger together. Particularly beautiful is the spacious terrace, accessible from both bedrooms and offering a magnificent view of the sea – perfect for relaxed evenings in a Mediterranean atmosphere. A smaller terrace next to the kitchen complements the generous space offering.
For guests, paid loungers are available directly on the beach. Additionally, you can benefit from free WiFi, bed linen and towels, as well as secure parking facilities on the property.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a cosy beach bar where a lavish breakfast buffet is offered upon request (9 € per person/day). Children up to 7 years old pay half the price. During the day and in the evening, you can enjoy various refreshments, cocktails, ice cream or a cool draught beer – all just a few steps away from your apartment.
The location is ideal for experiencing the best of the region. The centre of Omiš with restaurants, cafés, markets and the historic old town can be reached in just a few minutes.
