Welcome to your comfortable holiday accommodation on the Croatian Adriatic coast! This spacious holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a private house in Duće near Omiš and offers plenty of space for families or small groups of up to 5 people with around 120 m² of living space.
The apartment has three separate bedrooms - two of them with comfortable double beds and their own balcony, the third with a larger single bed. The air-conditioned living area is open-plan and combines living, dining and kitchen areas into a cosy meeting point. The highlight is the large south-facing terrace with a magnificent sea view - ideal for relaxed outdoor meals or simply enjoying the panorama.
A modern bathroom with shower and toilet as well as an additional separate toilet offer the necessary comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, kettle as well as all cooking utensils and cutlery. Although there is no washing machine directly in the apartment, a laundry room in the house is available to guests.
Please note that pets - even small ones - are not permitted out of consideration for other guests.
In the outdoor area, you can expect a well-maintained garden with shady seating areas, an outdoor shower, and a communally usable barbecue corner - ideal for relaxed hours outdoors. A private parking space is located on the fenced property. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV and free WiFi.
The friendly hosts also live in the house and are happy to help you with any questions. They speak Croatian, English and German.
