The beautiful holiday apartment in Duće near Omiš is located just around 200 metres from the magnificent sandy beach - one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in the region. Here you can enjoy the perfect combination of Mediterranean tranquillity, proximity to the sea and a dreamlike view of the Adriatic and the island of Brač.
The approximately 50 m² accommodation is located on the second floor of a well-maintained house on a sloping site and offers space for up to five people. Two separate bedrooms – one with a double and single bed, the other with a double bed – ensure restful sleep and pleasant privacy. The air-conditioned living area with a dining table for six invites cosy hours. The fully equipped kitchen area has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooker, oven, sink and all important cooking utensils for daily needs.
A special highlight is the approximately 20 m² large, covered south-facing balcony with breathtaking sea view - ideal for starting the day with a glass of wine or breakfast in the sun. WiFi, satellite TV, and a communally usable washing machine from the landlord are also available.
The house offers a sun-protected private parking space directly on the property and an outdoor area with barbecue facilities that can be used by arrangement - perfect for shared evenings with family or friends.
The surroundings invite exploration: Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach restaurants, cafés, a small supermarket, and leisure facilities such as billiards, table football, pedal boat and water sports rental directly on the beach. Sincerely grateful to Snezhana and Ivan for their hospitality. We rested with our grandchildren in July 2025. The apartments have everything for a safe vacation. A special bonus is a balcony with a stunning view of the sea and Omis. The sea is 5-7 misee more
Sincerely grateful to Snezhana and Ivan for their hospitality. We rested with our grandchildren in July 2025. The apartments have everything for a safe vacation. A special bonus is a balcony with a stunning view of the sea and Omis. The sea is 5-7 minutes walk, the beach is sandy, there is everything for a comfortable vacation, especially with children. The center of Omis is 30 minutes walk, but there is also a bus number 60 Split-Omis, which is constantly on the route. We really liked this vacation spot, not only the beach, but also impressive places for walks - between rocky mountains along the river,go to the Mirobel fortress,along the riverthe sea. If you are vacationing with a car, you can further expand where to go, we really liked the waterfalls in the KRKA park, and on the way back we stopped in Trogir (also a colorful place). But if you are driving by car, first check the entrance to the apartments on foot to be prepared to drive up a steep hill. For us, the first time was very stressful, because we didn't check and drove looking at the house numbers without accelerating. Once again, many thanks to the owners of the apartments for a comfortable stay.

Wir empfehlen den Markt auf dem Weg zum Strand nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße (er ist sehr teuer und sie haben keine Quittung). Die Zimmer, die Küche und das Badezimmer waren komfortabel und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte Besteck, Teller, Töpfe und Pfannen. Die schöne Aussicht vom Fenster plus kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück waren ein zusätzlicher Vorteil. Sie waren so freundlich und freundlich. Sie waren bei jedem dieser Schritte für uns da. Wir haben uns auf Polnisch und Englisch kennengelernt. Sie fühlten sich wohl mit unserem rustikalen Kind und dem Radio, das wir gehört hatten. Groß: Der Strand ist sandig/kiesig, es gibt keine Souvenirplätze im Dorf. Oft gingen wir zu Omis für zusätzliche Unterhaltung und Essen. Der Ausgangspunkt in die größeren Städte ist ideal. Perfektní ubytování pro rodinu, vše bylo v blízkosti pláž 2-3minuty cesty i když byla cesta zpět do kopce vůbec nám to nevadilo. Přijeli bychom zase, majitelka byla také super, vše bylo čisté a nic nám nechybělo.

Zrinka jest miła i komunikatywna - wszystkiego można się od niej dowiedzieć wybierając ten apartament. Dom w dobrym położeniu z ładnym widokiem. Zlokalizowany trochę wysoko pod górę i ciężko się wchodzi, zwłaszcza w upale, ale można przywyknąć. W apasee more
Zrinka jest miła i komunikatywna - wszystkiego można się od niej dowiedzieć wybierając ten apartament. Dom w dobrym położeniu z ładnym widokiem. Zlokalizowany trochę wysoko pod górę i ciężko się wchodzi, zwłaszcza w upale, ale można przywyknąć. W apartamencie są niezbędne rzeczy, tak jak w opisie. Co prawda wyposażenie trochę zużyte, ale lokal adekwatny do niewygórowanej ceny. Gospodarze dbają by było czysto :)

Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó. Kilátás szuper, tisztaság rendben. A konyha felszereltsége kicsit lehetne jobb, és a fürdőszobában is volt egy-két apró technikai probléma.
