PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The property consists of 2 houses with 3 apartments each for 4-5 persons and offers a wonderful panoramic view. The facility is located in Duce near Omis, which is known for its great sandy beach. The sandy beach is less than 100 meters. In House 1, the fairly spacious apartments A1, A2 and A3 are spread over the 2nd floor, 1st floor and ground floor. All apartments have their own access via the outside staircase and each offer 2 separate bedrooms + kitchen, a balcony or south facing terrace with great sea views. The A1 located in the DG is air conditioned. The 3 apartments in the house 3 are also beautifully decorated and all have sea views. Apartments 4 and 5 are air conditioned. Apartments A5 and A6 each have 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. A special feature of the house is the free Wi-Fi Internet access. The friendly landlords also live on site and are always available for questions. In addition to Croatian, German and English are also spoken. The hosts will spoil their guests with a homemade breakfast. Also a boat mooring can be organized. A laundry facility is also available. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. A cot is available on request. Within walking distance, there is a selection of cafes, beach cafes, restaurants and shopping. A small supermarket is right around the corner. The beach itself is surrounded by a 15 m wide belt of shady, tall Tamaris trees, which greatly facilitates the habituation to the intense sun in the first days. About another 20 meters of sand then you reach the crystal clear, between 24 and 26 degrees warm water, which is just so inviting for swimming.
The beach is slow, and adults can "walk in" almost 200 meters into the sea before they lose ground under their feet. The shallow waters of the beach make it ideal for children, especially since it is a calm, almost undulating water without any kind of currents near the beach.1 review -
