Both bedrooms have access to the furnished south terrace with sea view - perfect for starting the day with breakfast in the morning sun or letting the evening fade away with a glass of wine.
In the cosy living area with sofa bed, SAT-TV and dining table for up to five people, everyone finds a place. The well-equipped kitchenette offers, among other things, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a 2-plate cooker - ideal for preparing small meals yourself.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels, and WiFi are of course included. A washing machine is available to you from the landlord for communal use. The apartment is air-conditioned and has its own parking space directly at the house. A baby bed can be provided upon request.
