This two-storey apartment is located in a well-maintained holiday home directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Duće near Omiš and offers space for up to six people. The ideal accommodation for families or couples who appreciate sea views, comfort and proximity to the beach - just a few steps separate you from the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic.
The spacious Apartment A10 has two floors: On the ground floor, there is a bright living kitchen with a dining table for four people, a refrigerator, sink, and cooktop. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where two cosy bedrooms with double beds are located. Both rooms provide access to the large, 35 m² terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. Here you can relax on comfortable lounge furniture, soak up the sun, or enjoy the sunset.
Every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV and an individually controllable air conditioning system (usage for a fee). Two additional sofa beds in the living area provide space for children or additional guests. WiFi is available free of charge, as are bed linen, towels and the final cleaning.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a beach bar where breakfast buffet is served in the morning upon request (for a fee). During the day and in the evening, you can enjoy refreshments, cocktails, ice cream sundaes, and small snacks - perfect for a break right by the sea. Two deck chairs are available to you free of charge on the beach in front of the house.
The fine sandy beach of Duće is considered one of the most beautiful on the Croatian coast. Tamarisks provide pleasant shade, and the shallow, clear water is ideal for families with children.
For your car, a sun-protected, free parking space is available directly at the house. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants (50 m), a bakery (300 m), a supermarket (300 m), and a café (10 m). The centre of Omiš with its charming old town, historical sights, and numerous leisure activities is located just about 1.4 kilometres away.
Omiš offers diverse activities for every taste - from rafting on the Cetina River to climbing, sailing, diving and water sports, as well as cultural excursions or cosy evenings in Dalmatian konobas.
