This spacious holiday apartment is located in Duće near Omiš, one of the most popular holiday regions in Central Dalmatia, and is situated just about 100 metres from the extensive sandy beach. With 120 m² of living space, it offers room for up to eight people and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for plenty of space and comfortable facilities near the beach.
The apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, as well as a south-facing balcony and a large south-facing terrace with a wonderful sea view. The modern equipped main kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and filter coffee machine. The dining area is separated from the cooking area by a counter. Additionally, a summer kitchen with a small kitchenette and large dining table is available, which opens directly onto the terrace and connects bedrooms one and two.
Bedroom one is air-conditioned (free of charge), has a double bed, a single bed, satellite TV, wardrobe and its own south-facing balcony. Bedroom two is also air-conditioned and offers a double bed, a sofa bed for one to two children, satellite TV, wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower and WC. Bedroom three is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, refrigerator and a fan. Two additional bathrooms are available, each with a shower, WC and bidet.
The apartment includes sufficient parking spaces directly at the property, a free-to-use washing machine, a likewise free air conditioning, WiFi, and a barbecue area in the outdoor space. Small pets up to ten kilograms are welcome, towels should be brought along.
Duće offers long sandy beaches, shallow water and a relaxed atmosphere. The nearby town of Omiš complements the offering with rafting and zipline adventures in the Cetina Canyon, water sports opportunities, boat rental, hiking trails and numerous excursion options to Split, Brač or Hvar.
