This lovingly furnished ground floor apartment in a private house is ideal for up to four people and offers the perfect setting for a relaxed holiday with around 70 square meters of living space and a spacious south-facing terrace with sea view.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. In the cosy living area, a comfortable sofa invites you to relax, including a flat-screen TV with satellite TV, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchenette with a 4-plate cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and all cooking and dining utensils. A bathroom with shower and WC as well as an additional separate WC ensure pleasant comfort. The apartment is air-conditioned and offers free WiFi.

Special highlight is the private, covered terrace with direct view of the sea and the island of Brač – perfect for breakfast with a view or mild summer evenings outdoors. For sunny days, an awning provides pleasant shade. A clothes horse is also available.

The well-maintained outdoor area with a garden invites you to linger with shady spots, seating options, and an outdoor shower. You can park your vehicle conveniently on the property. A communal washing machine is located in the house and can be used. Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed.

The friendly hosts live in the same house and are happy to help you with tips and recommendations. They speak Croatian, German and English.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: several cafés, beach bars and restaurants, a small supermarket and a bakery - all conveniently within walking distance. A bus stop is just a few metres away, and the charming centre of Omiš with its historic old town and riverside promenade can also be reached in just a few minutes. Here you can expect numerous leisure activities such as rafting on the Cetina River, boat trips to the island of Brač, hikes in the surrounding mountains or relaxed hours at the beach.
