The quiet holiday home is on a hillside with stunning sea views in the famous and extremely popular resort of Duce. Duce is 2km from Omis and 20km from Split, and is popular with families with children due to its extensive sandy beaches and shallow coastline. In approximately 320m ² house only 1 large rental unit of about 100m ² in the form of the entire 2nd floor to guests rented. The associated kitchen (15m²) with a large terrace (15m²) is separated one floor below. The apartment is air conditioned, has 5 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 10 people. 4 bathrooms and toilets are available as well as another mini kitchen on the main level, in one of the bedrooms. The apartment offers in the kitchen satellite TV and Wi-Fi Internet. The friendly landlords, who also speak German, will be present during your stay and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. Also breakfast can be booked (5, -euro / person / day) The fine sandy beach and the clean sea of Duce are only 150m away. A supermarket, kiosk and cafe are located 150-200m away. The center of Omis is less than 3km away. The beautiful stone-paved old town of Omis with all its winding streets, Venetian stone houses and churches as well as a wide gastronomic and general tourist offer is reached in 30 minutes on foot or by car in 3-4 minutes.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The beautifully furnished holiday apartment with large south-facing terrace, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet is located in Duce near Omis, only about 80 m away from one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in the region. Digital satellite TV in the living room + air conditioning in a bedroom is available. The large covered south-facing terrace offers island and sea views.
The washing machine of the landlord can be used if necessary. Within walking distance you will find several restaurants, cafes, a small supermarket, and various recreational opportunities for young and old. Directly on the beach there are billiards, darts, children's table football, paddle boats and water sports rentals. The beach is particularly suitable for children as the water depth increases only gradually.
