This bright and cosy holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained family house in Dugi Rat, just 30 metres from the sea. With 36 m² of living space, two bedrooms and a bathroom, it offers space for up to 4 people and is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday.
The accommodation is modern equipped: Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and complete blackout options, a SAT TV and sufficient storage space provide additional comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, hob and all important utensils, so you can cook easily. From the private, covered balcony you can enjoy a beautiful sea view – ideal for relaxed moments outdoors. Parasols and a clothes horse are also available.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and the possibility of using a washing machine from the landlord. A baby bed can be provided upon request. Pets are not allowed. Parking facilities are available directly at the property, and in the garden area you will find seating options as well as a grill that can be used by arrangement.
The location of the apartment is excellent: restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies are within walking distance, and the centre of Dugi Rat is only 500 m away. Active holidaymakers will find numerous leisure opportunities in the surrounding area such as water sports, rafting on the Cetina, boat trips, hiking or excursions to the nearby cities of Split and Omiš. Day trips to national parks, waterfalls and to the island of Brač can be easily organised.

Wer eine günstige Unterkunft in guter Lage zum Strand mit Parkplatz sucht und einfach nur zum Schlafen braucht für den passt das. Überalterung der abgewohnten Möbel, Dürftige Küchenausstattung ohne Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Minimal Sonnenschutz ausee more

Für 4 ( 2 Kids 2 Erwachsene) gerade noch so machbar, aber echt eng. Bad/Toilette hat über der Tür bis zur Decke eine Öffnung,da bleibt nichts im Bad ! Aber ich will es nicht schlecht machen, der Preis ist gut, die Lage ist toll, und wenn ich kein Schickimicki brauch und ganz einfach auch mal ab kann , dann ist das ok |
