The holiday apartment is located in a historic building on the south side of St. Marko Square, just a few metres from the centre, restaurants, bars, harbour and shops. An exotic garden with seating, barbecue area and sun terrace belongs to the house.
The 62 m² apartment on the 1st floor offers space for up to 4 people and features two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 12 m² balcony with partial sea view. The living area is equipped with SAT-TV, sofa bed, sofa set, air conditioning, WiFi and hi-fi system. The modern kitchen includes electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen mixer as well as sufficient crockery and cooking utensils.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, balcony access and complete blackout. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, towel warmer and washing machine. Comfort is provided by air conditioning, underfloor heating, windows with insulating glass and insect screens.
The location enables short distances to beaches, harbour, attractions and numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, cycling, tennis, mini golf, museums, theatre and wine tasting.
Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, registration and deregistration fee, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, baby cot, internet (WiFi), kitchen towels, washing machine (communal), extra bed for children 0-5 years, and interim cleaning.
