The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The accommodation includes a large 350 m² garden with barbecue facilities, a dining table and a children's swing. The garden is located just a few metres from the sea, allowing you to enjoy a magnificent view of the island world of the Kvarner Bay during the day and experience romantic sunsets in the evening. The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children and guests with pets.
The situation is ideal: beach and sea are only 50 metres away, restaurants, shopping opportunities, bus stop and pharmacy are located in the immediate vicinity. The well-known coastal promenade "Lungo Mare" invites you to relaxed walks between Opatija and Lovran.

Majitel hned při předání klíčů chtěl zaplatit zbytek za ubytování a to v hotovosti, přitom nijak nedoložil že jsme mu zaplatili. Po předání zbytku peněz, nám oznámil, že si musíme toaletní papír koupit sami. Ubytování nebylo nekuřácké, při příchodu nsee more
Majitel hned při předání klíčů chtěl zaplatit zbytek za ubytování a to v hotovosti, přitom nijak nedoložil že jsme mu zaplatili. Po předání zbytku peněz, nám oznámil, že si musíme toaletní papír koupit sami. Ubytování nebylo nekuřácké, při příchodu nehorázný smrad, který nešel vyvětrat ani po 4 dnech. Byly nachystány pouze dvě postele, i když v rezervaci bylo uvedeno, že budeme čtyři. Majitel ukázal jak a kde si máme rozestlat další postele. Na rozkládací posteli se nedalo spát, protože chyběly desky pod matrací. Kuchyň je vybavená, jen chybí mikrovlná trouba, i když je uvedena ve výbavě. Zásuvky vypadávaly ze stěny a prodlužka je ohořelá. Ubytování se nachází u hlavní rušné silnice, kde čekáte hodně dlouho, než přejdete k neudržované terase. Parkoviště u ubytování je pod stromy kam musíte najet přes pořádně vysoký obrubník, takže to není žádné parkoviště, ale jen volná plocha pod stromem. Pan majitel se celý týden vůbec neukázal. Toto ubytování vůbec nedoporučuji!!!

Zahrada s vyhlídkou na moře je ve skutečnosti umístěna za rušnou silnicí, takže např. pro děti je samostatně zcela nevyužitelná. U apartmánu je velmi rušná komunikace, stěží se lze vyspat. V obývacím pokoji je na zdi viditelná vlhkost. Možná i plíseňsee more

V obývacím pokoji je na zdi viditelná vlhkost. Možná i plíseň. Matrace na rozkládací pohovce je stará a špinavá a proleželá, takže si krční páteř zablokujete po první noci.
