This spacious holiday apartment in Kastel Sucurac, Central Dalmatia, is ideally suited for large families, groups, or couples who wish to combine comfort, sea views, and a central location. The apartment is located just around 1 km from the sea and offers a magnificent view of the surroundings.
The accommodation has four bedrooms with double and single beds as well as sofa beds and auxiliary beds, two bathrooms with bathtub, shower and hydromassage, a spacious living room with SAT-TV, dining table and coffee tables as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, espresso machine and all necessary cooking utensils. Air conditioning, heating, WiFi and a washing machine are also available.
The apartment has two balconies (30 m²), partially covered, with lounge furniture and direct access to the garden. The outdoor area of the holiday home offers a sun terrace, garden terrace, summer kitchen, barbecue area, paddling pool, sunbathing lawn and a children's playground. For sporting activities, badminton and football are available. Fruit and vegetable garden, Hollywood swing and sun loungers provide additional comfort.
The location is calm and idyllic, yet central with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and medical care in the immediate vicinity. The airport is only 8 km away, the beach 1 km.
Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, internet, use of washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as kitchen towels. Pets are not allowed.
