Before we started our vacation we tried to reach the owner via phone, but he did not answer after multiple attempts. We then tried the email where we asked the owner if is it okay that we come with 2 vehicles and 6 people instead of four, again no resee more
Before we started our vacation we tried to reach the owner via phone, but he did not answer after multiple attempts. We then tried the email where we asked the owner if is it okay that we come with 2 vehicles and 6 people instead of four, again no response. We set off for our trip to Kustići and when we arrived there we had to wait for the owner to come to the property and give us the keys even though we called him about half an hour before our arrival at the apartment which he, his wife and his dog live in. After he arrived he did not greet us but asked who reserved the accommodation and said that we can't be here with two cars and six people as the apartment is only for four people. We tried to make a deal with him but he said that only four people can be in the apartment and only one car on the property and that the rest should figure it out themselves. We understood that he can't register six people in a four people apartment so we found a room across the street in a Pension. We asked if we could receive the keys now and he said that we need to pay an extra 150 EUR per person in case we break anything and that we need to give him our documents. He said that we will get our money and our documents back on the day we leave if everything will be okay. We told him that we came from Slovenia and that we only needed our ID cards to cross the border which we can't give to him in case we might need them. He then said that if we don't give him the money that we still had to pay and the 150 EUR per person and our documents, he will not let us stay at the property. We said goodbye and parted ways. We then searched for a place to stay and slept in our cars. There were 6 of us with 2 cars so the sleep was not comfortable at all. We continued our search for a place to stay after 2 hours of uncomfortable sleep in our cars on a parking lot of a beach. We luckily found a place to stay in a house of a very kind old lady who owns an apartment (Parunka 8, 23251, Kolan, Hrvaška) but let us stay in her house because everything was full. The location of the apartment KIPKTF-4847-1 is okay but the parking at the property is very limited and there are no bigger shops or restaurants near the apartment.

This charming holiday apartment is located in Kustići on the island of Pag - in an absolutely dream location, just about 15 metres from the sea. The well-maintained house is situated in the first row with an unobstructed view of the Adriatic and the Bay of Pag. It is privately managed and convinces with a calm atmosphere, modern equipment and loving details.
