This cosy apartment in Kustići on the island of Pag combines immediate proximity to the beach, beautiful sea views and a peaceful location right on the Adriatic. At around 45 m², the accommodation offers space for couples, small families or small groups and is ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday.
The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV provide additional comfort during your stay.
A particular highlight is the approximately 6 m² south-facing balcony with table and chairs. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of Pag Bay and can start and end your day relaxed with breakfast overlooking the sea or a quiet evening in the fresh air. Additionally, a garden area and a private outdoor grill are available. Pets are welcome.
The privately run holiday home is located just about 15 metres from the pebble beach and is situated in a peaceful location in the front row by the sea. Free parking is available in front of the house. For guests arriving by private boat, there is a boat mooring directly in front of the house for small to medium-sized boats.
A small restaurant with regional specialities is located in the immediate vicinity. Further restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are also quickly accessible. The well-known holiday resort of Novalja is only a few kilometres away and offers a larger selection of restaurants, shops and sports and leisure activities.
The well-maintained complex comprises a total of five apartments as well as a sun terrace and a garden area.
The final cleaning is charged once; the local tax is to be paid on site in cash.
