This well-maintained apartment in Kustići on the island of Pag is just a few metres from the sea and offers space for up to four people on approximately 50 m². The quiet beachfront location, the unobstructed view of Pag Bay and the pebble beach just a few steps away make the accommodation ideal for couples and small families who want to spend their holiday directly by the water.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a living area with a sofa bed and integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, cooker, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as cookware, crockery and cutlery. Air conditioning, WiFi and SAT-TV provide additional comfort.
A particular highlight is the approximately 6 m² south-facing balcony with beautiful sea views. It is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs, awning and clothes rack. From here you can enjoy the view of the sea and spend the day relaxing over breakfast or a quiet evening in the fresh air. A private outdoor grill is also available.
The privately run holiday home comprises a total of five apartments and is located in a quiet setting directly by the sea. The nearest pebble beach is approximately 20 metres away. In the outdoor area there is a sun terrace and an outdoor shower with cold water. Free parking is available directly at the property or in the immediate vicinity.
For guests arriving with their own boat, up to four boat moorings for boats of approximately 8 metres in length are available upon request. The mooring is less than 10 metres from the house. A storage space for a boat trailer can also be arranged upon request.
A restaurant with regional specialities is located only about 20 metres away. You can reach the bakery and supermarket after about 300 metres, and the town centre of Kustići is about 50 metres away. The well-known holiday resort of Novalja is about 6 kilometres away and offers numerous restaurants, shops, cafés as well as sports and leisure activities.
The surroundings are excellent for a beach and activity holiday. Swimming, snorkelling, diving, sailing, windsurfing and boat trips are possible in the immediate vicinity. You will also find boat rental and other water sports activities in the area.
Pets are welcome, up to three animals are possible. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are provided.
A one-time final cleaning fee applies to the accommodation. The local tax is not included in the price and is paid on site.
