The holiday apartment is located on the second floor of the well-maintained, privately run house and offers around 45 m² of space for up to four people. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an open living and dining area with a sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. The facilities include a cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine as well as cookware, crockery and cutlery.
A special highlight is the approximately 6 m² south-facing balcony with direct sea views. Here you can have breakfast in the morning overlooking the Adriatic or spend the evening relaxing to the sound of the waves. The balcony is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs, awning and clothes rack.
The apartment is air-conditioned and has WiFi and SAT-TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is also a private outdoor grill, free parking directly at the house, an outdoor shower and a sun terrace. Pets are welcome, up to three animals are possible. It is around 6 kilometres to Novalja with its numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, bars and leisure facilities.
The surrounding area is excellent for swimming, snorkelling, diving, windsurfing, sailing and boat trips. In Novalja, various water sports activities such as jet-ski, parasailing and wakeboarding are also offered. The accommodation is also a good starting point for day trips, for example to the national parks of Plitvice Lakes, Krka or Kornati.
