The cottage is located in the beautiful small village "Lokva Rogoznica" between Stanici and Mimice, about 8 km south of Omis and offers 2 apartments for 3-4 persons with beautiful sea views. In the 180 m² outdoor area there is an outdoor grill next to the Mediterranean plantation.

Children are as welcome as pets. The next possibility for dogs is only approx. 80 m away. The clean pebble beach in the village is suitable for children for swimming.

A parking lot for 2 cars is available to the guests of the house free of charge.

Nearby there is a small supermarket and a restaurant serving regional cuisine. From the terraces and balconies you have a magnificent view of the sea and the island of Brac.

The friendly landlords live in the house and are always available if needed. From their own production, the landlords offer wine and various schnapps.

The landlords speak Croatian as well as some German and Italian. Also a laundry for laundry is given in the house. A special feature of the house is the fast Internet access (Wi-Fi) and the boat mooring at the dock for boats up to 12 m in length.

The seawater is very clean, as there are no industrial facilities in the area. The beautiful and just 60 meters away pebble beach also offers shady spots. The well-known Hotel Ruskamen is about 2.5 km away. If necessary, you will find entertainment, other beaches or a seawater pool placed amidst shady pine trees.

Near the house you will find many small beaches and coves that are accessible by car and so certainly find the right thing for you and your family. In Omis there is the large 1 km long and very popular sandy beach. There, the water depth increases over long distances only gradually and is therefore ideal for families with small children or for people who can not swim well.
