A highlight of the house is the spacious terrace, which provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy. Here you can breathe in the sea air and admire the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, a barbecue is available for preparing delicious outdoor meals.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen with a stove and all necessary appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine allows you to cook comfortably. Air conditioning and central heating ensure pleasant temperatures.
The house is located directly by the sea, just 500 metres from the town centre, supermarket, and bus stop. The sandy beach is only 600 metres away. A private parking space directly at the building completes the offer.
Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking inside the house is prohibited.
