This cosy apartment (approx. 40 m²) in the attic of a beautiful stone house in Lumbarda offers space for up to 4 people. The sun-protected terrace (approx. 8 m²) invites you to enjoy the view of the crystal-clear sea and the surrounding islands.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a combined living, cooking, and sleeping area with two single beds and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a 4-plate stove (2 gas/2 electric), oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, kettle, and dishes. The bathroom is modern with a shower and toilet. A baby bed can be provided upon request.
The amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, use of the landlord's washing machine and a parking space directly at the house. Pets are not permitted, smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
The outdoor area with Mediterranean planting and a grill is available to all guests. The in-house boat can be used for tours upon request, and free boat moorings are located in the immediate vicinity.

The beautiful stone house is located in the tranquil holiday destination "Lumbarda, approximately 7 km from Korcula-Town, on the eponymous Dalmatian island. Lumbarda is known for its idyllic landscape interspersed with vineyards, as well as the beautiful fine sandy beaches and the surrounding crystal-clear and clean sea. Korcula itself is one of the sunniest and most lushly overgrown islands in the Mediterranean region and offers, in addition to its countless hidden bathing bays, a wealth of leisure, excursion, and sightseeing opportunities.
The beautiful holiday home, only approx. 250 m² in size, offers 4 apartments on 2 floors as well as an approximately 400 m² outdoor area with lush Mediterranean planting.
Directly in front of the house, a flat sandy beach descends into the sea, which is particularly suitable for small children to swim. You can park directly in front of the house in the access lane that serves the neighborhood. The friendly landlords also live in the house and are available to you for questions and suggestions of all kinds. A small restaurant with an outdoor terrace is attached, so you can also get your breakfast here or enjoy the house's culinary offerings in the evening.
The owners are also fishermen in addition to their roles as landlords and restaurateurs. They have their own boat available, with which boat tours to the nearby island archipelago can be undertaken if desired. If you would like to bring your own boat, free boat moorings are available in the immediate vicinity (within view).
All 3 apartments are modern equipped, have no satellite TV. The attic apartment has air conditioning. The unique location directly in a quiet bay with a beautiful view of the sea, the offshore island world, and the opposite mountainous Peljesac peninsula provides a suitable setting for a relaxing vacation.
The outdoor area including the grill is available free of charge to the house guests. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. The landlord's washing machine may be used.
