The modern kitchen invites communal cooking. It is fully equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, and complete kitchen utensils. Practical extras like a washing machine complete the offering.
The bathroom with shower ensures pleasant hygiene, and the air conditioning and central heating guarantee a comfortable room climate all year round. WiFi and satellite TV keep you connected to the outside world.
Outside, a 400 m² enclosed plot awaits you with a balcony and barbecue option - ideal for relaxed summer days. A parking space directly at the building offers additional comfort. Boat moorings are available upon request.

Das Appartement ist großzügig und hell, das extra Kinderbett hat für viel Freude gesorgt. Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, 2x Klimaanlagen, Toaster etc. war super! Zugang zum Wasser sehr einfach für eine schnelle Abkühlung. Spülmaschinen-see more
Das Appartement ist großzügig und hell, das extra Kinderbett hat für viel Freude gesorgt. Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, 2x Klimaanlagen, Toaster etc. war super! Zugang zum Wasser sehr einfach für eine schnelle Abkühlung. Spülmaschinen-Tabs gab es, leider aber (zumindest für den 1. Tag) weder Seife/Spüli noch ein Schwämmchen. So etwas gibt es ja auch in Mini-Größen, das wäre sicherlich eine gute Sache gewesen. Haben wir uns dann im Supermarkt gekauft, aber durch die üblichen Verkaufspakete natürlich viel zu viel. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!
