This charming holiday apartment is located on the island of Lošinj in the popular coastal town of Mali Lošinj - just about 300 metres from the sea. It is situated on the upper floor of a well-maintained house and is ideal for couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday in a quiet environment, but still appreciate the proximity to the beach, restaurants and the lively town centre.
The approximately 40 m² accommodation extends over two levels and convinces with a cosy, well-thought-out room layout. On the lower level, there is an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, SAT-TV, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed. From here, you can directly access the approximately 17 m² terrace, which invites you to relax with a table, chairs and a view of the greenery. On the upper level is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.
In the outdoor area, you have a furnished terrace with direct access to the garden. In addition, there is a shared barbecue area that can be used by both residential units. A public, free car park is located nearby.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, and yet offers short distances to all important facilities. You can reach the town centre of Mali Lošinj within a few minutes on foot, as well as restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the harbour. The nearest gravel beach is only about 300 metres away and ideal for swimming, sunbathing and snorkelling.
Around Mali Lošinj, you can expect numerous leisure opportunities - from boat trips, sailing, windsurfing and kayaking to hiking and cycling through the fragrant pine forests of the island. Dolphin watching, wine tastings and the nearby Lošinj Nature Park also offer unforgettable holiday experiences.
