This beautiful holiday home is located in Mali Losinj, in the district of Zagazinjine, surrounded by lush vegetation in the immediate vicinity of the sea, the house is only 80 m from the beach, 200 m from the shops, 1 km from the hospital and city center. Near the house there is a supermarket, a bakery, 2 restaurants and 2 agencies where you can rent bicycles, scooters or boats, in the St. Martin next door there is a diving school. On the ground floor of the house are 3 apartments. Each has its own large terrace and barbecue. There is the possibility of using a communal washing machine. Gart chairs and loungers are also available. There is free parking on the property.
