This comfortable apartment is located in a well-maintained holiday home with a pool in Medulin, one of the most popular holiday destinations at the southern tip of Istria. Spanning 45 m², the holiday apartment offers space for up to four people and is ideally suited for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing beach holiday with good access to the surrounding area.
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a bright living room with dining area and satellite TV, as well as a small, well-equipped kitchen with cooker, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. From the private balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea – the perfect place to let the day end in a relaxed manner. WiFi, air conditioning and bed linen are of course available.
To the next beach is only about 500 metres, while the gently sloping sandy beach of Medulin, particularly suitable for children, is located around 1.5 kilometres away. Shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafés can be found after just a few minutes' walk, and you can easily reach the lively centre of Medulin on foot or by bicycle. Pula with its famous amphitheatre is also only a few minutes away by car.
The outdoor area of the house offers a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a garden where you can relax. A barbecue area is available, and a private parking space is located directly at the house. For small guests, there is even a children's playground in the garden. An airport transfer is possible by arrangement, for which additional fees may apply. Tourist tax and a one-time registration fee are also to be paid on site.
The surroundings entice with numerous leisure opportunities: from water sports and boat trips to cycling tours and hikes, extending to excursions in nature parks and picturesque coastal towns. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Leider ist die Küche sehr klein (nur 2 Herdplatten) und die Zimmer haben Dachschrägen – für große Leute etwas unangenehm. Pool und Garten sind top!

Das Anwesen und der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist leider etwas weiter (ca. 1,5 Km) vom Zentrum des Geschehens entfernt. Leute des Hauses sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Kann man bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Mein Sohn (13) und ich (43) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Diese Wohnung ist ideal für 2-3 Personen, die gerne auswärts essen gehen,
da man auf 2 Herdplatten nicht umfangreich kochen kann.
Des Weiteren empfehle ich eine Körpergröße bisee more
Mein Sohn (13) und ich (43) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Diese Wohnung ist ideal für 2-3 Personen, die gerne auswärts essen gehen, da man auf 2 Herdplatten nicht umfangreich kochen kann. Des Weiteren empfehle ich eine Körpergröße bis ca. 1,70 cm, da man sich an den Schrägen gerne mal sonst den Kopf stoßen kann. Das ist das einzige, was ich als Tip nennen kann. Die Familie ist sehr sehr nett und wohnt mit im Haus. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Tür (5 Gehminuten). Die Promenade ist nicht weit entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad sehr schnell erreicht. Medulin ansich ist ein wunderschönes Dorf indem wir schon vor längerem unser Herz gelassen haben. |
