Experience relaxed holiday days in this spacious holiday home in Medulin, perfect for families or groups of up to ten people. The house features two separate, modern apartments, each with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped living kitchen and a private terrace. Each apartment offers air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine. The furnishings are new and stylish, so you will feel at home immediately.
On the terraces, you can start the day with breakfast outdoors or relax in the evening sun. Sun loungers, parasols, and a grill are available for unforgettable hours outside. Pets are welcome, with a small additional charge. Bedding and towels are provided.
The spacious garden offers plenty of space for children to play and for pets that want to move freely. A large private pool (9.7 x 4.8 m) will be completed by summer 2024 and features a ground-level, beach-like access - ideal for refreshing moments under the sun of Istria.
The house is located quietly in the Medulin district of Biskupije, about 2 km from the sea. In the surrounding area, sandy and gravel beaches invite you to swim, snorkel and sunbathe. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets can be easily reached within a few minutes. Sports and leisure activities such as horse riding, adrenaline park, high ropes course, water sports, bicycle and kayak tours, children's leisure parks and beach volleyball ensure varied holiday days.
