The two rental units on the ground floor and first floor each have 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, an eat-in kitchen and their own furnished terrace. The holiday home offers its guests a courtyard/garden use, a barbecue grill and sun loungers.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Pet are allowed.

A large private pool 9.70 x 4.80 m is currently under construction and will be completed by summer 2024. It will be accessible at ground level and will have a beach-like section.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT

The house with 2 separate apartments is located in a quiet part of Medulin called Biskupije. The house with its 2 apartments is only rented as a unit to up to 10 people. On the large property there is a large private pool and plenty of land where children can play and pets can also have some exercise. Right next door is the Medulin riding stable and nearby is the Adrenaline Park Medulin. Enjoy quiet moments and relax in the Istrian nature.

The two apartments are equipped with comfortable beds, new kitchens and bathrooms as well as new furniture. Each room has a closet and a luggage rack. There is also a TV and a small table with chair in every room. Both apartments have their own entrance and terrace.
