The house is situated on the southeastern edge of the town, far from through traffic – ideal for those seeking relaxation and proximity to the sea.
With a living area of around 52 m², the apartment offers space for up to five people. It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bright living area with a cosy sofa bed, dining area and modern kitchen unit. This is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: 4-plate cooker, refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee machine, extractor fan and cooking utensils. Air conditioning, heating, SAT-TV and WiFi are of course part of the equipment.
From the living space, you can access the covered terrace with seating - a lovely place to enjoy breakfast outdoors or to let the day end in a relaxed manner. Bedding, towels, and a well-maintained outdoor area available to all guests provide additional comfort. A washing machine can be used from the landlord by arrangement (for a fee).
The privately assigned parking space directly at the house offers sufficient space for a vehicle. The property is completely fenced and is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area.
Within walking distance, you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are located just about 200 m away. You can reach the sea after 400 m, and the famous sandy beach Bijeca, one of the most beautiful family beaches in Istria, is just a few minutes' walk away.
