The open living area is air-conditioned and features a sofa bed, SAT-TV and a dining table for four people. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, extractor hood, kettle, filter coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils – perfect for self-catering.
From the living area, you directly access the covered terrace with a table and chairs - an ideal place to start or end the day with breakfast or a glass of wine outdoors. The separate bedroom with a double bed ensures restful nights, while the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and window. WiFi, bed linen, and towels are included. A washing machine is available for communal use at the landlord's (for a fee).
A private car park is directly available at the house. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities, and the centre of Medulin is within walking distance in just a few minutes.

Vše bylo krásně uklizeno, kuchyň i celý byt skvěle vybaven. Hostitelé byli velmi milí a ochotní. Vyhovovalo mi, že je apartmán situován na takovém místě, kde promenáda, moře ani obchody nebyly daleko ale zároveň byl kolem apartmánu příjemný klid. :) see more
