It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bright living area with a cosy sofa bed, dining area and modern kitchen unit. This is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: 4-plate cooker, refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee machine, extractor fan and cooking utensils. Air conditioning, heating, SAT-TV and WiFi are of course part of the equipment.
From the living space, you can access the covered terrace with seating - a lovely place to enjoy breakfast outdoors or to let the day end in a relaxed manner. Bedding, towels, and a well-maintained outdoor area available to all guests provide additional comfort. A washing machine can be used from the landlord by arrangement (for a fee).
The privately assigned parking space directly at the house offers sufficient space for a vehicle. The property is completely fenced and is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area.
Within walking distance, you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are located just about 200 m away. This charming holiday apartment offers you a perfect retreat for your holiday on the Croatian Adriatic coast. With a total area of 42 square metres, the accommodation is ideal for families or small groups looking for comfort and proximity to the beach.
The apartment has two bedrooms with a total of three beds – two double beds and a single bed – and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the interior. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating to guarantee you a pleasant room climate all year round.
In the fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, you will find everything you need to prepare meals: refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee machine, kettle and complete kitchenware. A flat-screen TV with satellite reception provides entertainment.
