This cosy apartment on the second floor of a holiday home in Central Dalmatia offers space for up to five people on 51 m². The accommodation is ideally suited for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday just a few steps from the sea.
The apartment has two bedrooms: The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, the second bedroom offers a double bed, a sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and a mirror. A baby cot is not available, small dogs up to 10 kg are welcome.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer compartment, sink, electric cooker (2 hobs), filter coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery. The adjacent dining room has a dining table.
The apartment has a partially covered southwest-facing balcony with sea view, accessible via the bedroom, equipped with a table, chairs, lounge furniture and a clothes horse.
The amenities of the holiday home include the use of the courtyard and garden on 250 m², a sun terrace, barbecue facilities, and airport transfer. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, and a parking space at the property (partially sun-protected) are included.
The situation is ideal: only 40 m from the gravel beach, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity, the town centre is 500 m away, the airport 35 km. In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy boat trips, nature park visits, gourmet restaurants, casinos or nightlife.
Additional costs are incurred for pets and airport transfers. The apartment combines comfort, sea views and family-friendly amenities for a relaxed holiday in Dalmatia.
