Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment in Mundanije, perfect for families and groups of up to 9 people!
This spacious 110 m² apartment offers space to relax and enjoy. It features three bedrooms with a total of 5 beds - including 3 double beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1 single bed. Three modern bathrooms ensure sufficient comfort, with two equipped with a bathtub and one with a shower.
The fully equipped kitchen with a stove invites communal cooking. It offers all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine (shared). Additionally, there is WiFi and satellite TV for entertainment.
Outside, a dreamlike terrace with a balcony and grilling option awaits you on a generous 2000 m² plot. A shared swimming pool provides cooling and fun. Pets are allowed.
The location is ideal: Only 2.5 km from the beach, with supermarkets and the city in immediate proximity. The nearest airport is about 90 km away. The house offers a private parking space directly at the building.
