Welcome to our spacious holiday apartment in Mundanije - ideal for families and groups of up to 9 people! Spread over 110 m², you'll find three cosy bedrooms with a total of five beds, including double beds, a sofa bed and a single bed, as well as three modern bathrooms - two with bathtubs and one with a shower - for maximum comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and features a cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and a communally usable washing machine. WiFi and satellite TV provide entertainment and connectivity during your stay.
Outside, you can enjoy the spacious terrace and balcony with barbecue facilities on the extensive 2,000 m² plot. The shared swimming pool offers cooling on hot days, and a private parking space directly by the building makes arrival particularly convenient. Pets are welcome.
The situation could not be better: Only about 2.5 km separate you from the beach, supermarkets and the city centre are easily accessible. For boat enthusiasts, berths are available in the city harbour (up to 7 m in length, for a fee). The surroundings are perfect for beach days, excursions into nature or leisurely walks along the coast.

Für andere rücksichtslose Cannabis-rauchende und laute Gäste können die Gastgeber nichts. Italienische Gäste sind besonders negativ aufgefallen. Die Vermieter selbst sind einfach nur wunderbar!
