On 60 m² you will find a comfortable living and sleeping area with a total of four beds, including a double bed, sofa bed, single bed and an additional sofa, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.
The fully equipped kitchen features a cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine and crockery, allowing you to easily prepare your favourite dishes. WiFi and satellite TV provide entertainment and connectivity during your stay. Air conditioning guarantees pleasant temperatures, even on hot summer days.
The private outdoor area is a real highlight: Enjoy the sun on the terrace or in the garden, use the barbecue area and relax with a magnificent sea view. A private parking space directly at the building ensures convenient arrival. Pets are welcome by arrangement.
The location is ideal for a relaxed holiday: Only 2.5 km separate you from the beach, supermarkets and the city are also quickly accessible.
