This spacious holiday apartment spans two levels and is the perfect choice for larger families or travel groups looking for comfort, sea views, and proximity to Croatia's most famous beach. Located just around 300 metres from the family-friendly pebble beach Caska and about 800 metres from the legendary party beach Zrće, it offers the ideal starting point for relaxed and varied holiday days.
At the centre of the apartment is the large, covered balcony with a dreamlike view of the sea – equipped with a table for ten people and direct access to the living kitchen. The accommodation has three separate bedrooms and an additional combined living/bedroom with a bunk bed. In total, up to ten people can comfortably find space here. All rooms are air-conditioned and functionally equipped – including a modern kitchen with a large refrigerator, hob and filter coffee machine, as well as two fully equipped bathrooms, each on a separate floor.
The well-maintained outdoor pool of the facility is available to all guests and provides additional refreshment on hot days. The facility also offers an in-house restaurant with regional cuisine and a communally usable washing machine. Breakfast and half board can be booked on-site as desired, as well as internet access – please note that additional fees may apply.
The island of Pag captivates with its contrasting landscape, crystal-clear water and vibrant leisure offerings. The centre of Novalja with numerous shopping opportunities, bars and cafés is only about 2.5 km away and easily accessible. We stayed there 5 nights with 8 people. The owner of the apartment were always friendly and helpful. Even if we got too loud sometimes.
The apartment is about 20 minutes of walking from the party-area Zrce away and this is perfect! We enjoyed our stsee more
